Are you a Facebook guru? Do you Twitter almost every hour? Well you maybe just the person we need!

We’re looking for someone who can help us develop a sound and creative social media strategy using platforms such as Facebook and Twitter with the aim to boost our supporter numbers. PEPAIDS’ currently has Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts and we’re looking for a volunteer who can maintain and update content on these as well as engaging with our followers in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will also be on the lookout for new social media channels and tactics as opportunities arise and will help us to access and become established on platforms such as Flickr which we currently do not use. You’ll also be expected to write press releases when we want to generate interest for our campaigns and be able to produce publicity material electronically. Experience and an interest in social media are preferable but not essential. This role is a really exciting opportunity to be as creative as you like and can be undertaken remotely from anywhere in the UK, as long as you have access to a computer and the internet. This is great chance to develop your publicity, public relations and marketing skills and will also enable you to make a huge difference to a small international development charity.
